Here at 1 Stop, we recognise that January can be a bit rubbish – people are dieting, giving up the drink and may be broke from the Christmas celebrations!
So here is a list of things to help you through January:
Start a new hobby – whether that be yoga, baking, tennis or something else, get involved in a club, or start something new at home.
De-clutter your home – get rid of all that old junk you don’t need, re-decorate, do whatever you need to make your home feel brand new!
Fed up of your job? Start a new career! We can help kick start your career in care sector – you don’t need any experience as we can provide full training! Email us to find out more.
Make smoothies – they’re a great way to keep healthy, and if you make them yourself, you can decide what goes in them, yogurt, raspberries, bananas… the possibilities are endless.
Do something you love. We know that everyone has a busy schedule, but try to implement 1 day a week for yourself – watch your favourite film, go bowling, do something you love to do.
If you are interested in any of the vacancies we have available across East Anglia, one of our staff members will be happy to take your call on 01206 616171 and set up an interview with you! Alternatively, you can email your CV to workwithus@1stophealthcare.co.uk and we will give you a call.
